Dr. Partovi spends her days treating people on the street in Skid Row, which has the highest concentration of homeless people in the country and sits about ten blocks from some of the wealthiest people in America. I followed her on her rounds. She is funny, blunt and completely unshockable, and the film mostly just tries to keep up with her.
