The Northernmost Hospital in the World

Longyearbyen Hospital on Svalbard is as far north as hospitals go: four doctors and six nurses on rotation for about 2,100 people, a very long way from anywhere. We went to the Arctic to film it, reindeer and polar bears included. Its doctor sums the place up better than I could: some days he loves it, some days he hates it, and most days it feels like an adventure.
