Hugh Herr was a rock climber who lost both legs and became one of the world's leading bioengineers. This PBS NOVA film was built from four years of filming at the MIT Media Lab, and as producer, co-editor, co-cinematographer and motion-graphics artist, my job was mostly turning a mountain of footage into something tight enough for broadcast.
